Information we collect
Enquiry forms collect your name, contact details, event date, guest numbers, location and the requirements you choose to share. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Premix enquiries also record the requested items and your age declaration.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to deliver agreed services. Security and abuse-prevention processing supports our legitimate interest in operating this service safely. Marketing is not enabled by submitting a form.
Storage and sharing
Information is stored with our website hosting and storage providers, including Sites and Cloudflare, and is available to the authorised owner. If you choose WhatsApp, Instagram or email, that provider also handles your message under its own policies. Service providers may process data outside the UK under their applicable transfer arrangements.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we handle your request and for as long as needed for agreed services, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. Contact us to ask about the retention period for your record or request deletion of an enquiry that is no longer needed.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and may object to processing where applicable. Contact us first, or raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

The home-bar and mixology tools remember your requested ingredient selections and favourites on your device. See our Cookie Policy. Customer accounts and online payment collection are not currently enabled.
